CLASS DESCRIPTION:

This traditional class is structured on the classical Hatha yoga model which includes instruction techniques of Meditation (focus), Pranayama (breathing), and Asanas (postures). In this class you can expect to move mindfully into postures and then focus on your breath to develop balance, strength and flexibility. An intentional practice, offering the opportunity to focus on mobility and stability in the body, mind and spirit. This class is suitable for ANY-BODY looking to de-stress on all levels.

End your work day with mindful movement, conscious breathwork and full body awareness. In this vinyasa based class enjoy flow style sequences that will help deepen your physical presence. This energetic practice will blend sweat, strength and core stability while working with the alignment in your body and focus for your mind. CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Join Trish & Becky for this relaxation journey where Trish, certified yoga instructor, will guide you into carefully selected yin postures and Becky, registered RMT, will help you move deeper into these postures with her hands on therapeutic touch. Slow-Deep-Still. Yin yoga, holding postures longer and going deep to find an appropriate edge helps to find stimulation in your muscles and connective tissue. When mixed with the hands on therapeutic touch of an RMT there is a magical mix of deeper release in the body. Yin yoga complimented with massage stimulates the body more that a regular yoga class, because the massage increases circulation while providing myofascial release. This is a slower, more meditative practice, leaving space for rest and renewal. Experience a whole body tuning, surrendering to both your mind and physical sensations in the body.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

This class will begin with a sequence of sun salutations to create heat in the body and release stagnant energy left over from your day. Discover a deeper union of body, circulation and cardio by linking breath to your mindful movement. You can expect to wind down with some gentle twists, forward folds & backbends towards the the end of class. Finally, finishing with a sacred savasana where you can rest and nourish your body completely allowing stillness to take over.

The combination of restorative yoga & reiki healing provides a class of beautiful energy and deep relaxation. Experience physical, mental and emotional peace in this slow paced meditative class where you will be supported and guided into gentle poses by Trish, certified yoga instructor. While in these postures, Becky, certified reiki master will share the power of reiki with class participants. The combination of restorative yoga & reiki healing is an excellent pathway to help you better understand the value of "PAUSING." Expect to leave feeling a sense of motionlessness and shaplessness as you clear and release everyday stress and body blockages.

In this grounding class we will focus on the fundamentals of a yoga practice mixed with soulful music & self reflection. Simple, yet powerful sequencing will be offered with more focus on the safe execution of alignment and proper use of body awareness. This soulful practice is meant to be a more of a subtle approach, allowing the ease of Sunday to flow through you while you listen to heart opening lyrics and your inner voice. This class is appropriate for those who are brand new to yoga OR experienced yogis looking to get back to basics.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Carve out some time to connect and have fun with your little one and other new parents! This specialized class offers time to be present for yourself and your baby while concentrating on strengthening your body and spirit. Babies will engage in touch, movement and massage as parents will gain strength, flexibility and relieve tension in a supportive environment. Baby & Me Yoga is not like your ordinary class. Sometimes things can be loud, sometimes your baby may need to be fed or changed, and that is OK! We look forward to offering a safe place for you and your baby to relax and connect with community.

This class runs as a 6 week series for $120.00. Pre-registration/ payment is required.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Chair Yoga offers a practical alternative to mat yoga for people with varying abilities. When practiced regularly, it can improve overall health, increase flexibility and strengthen personal body awareness. This practice is beneficial for individuals looking to reduce stress and pain through breathing and relaxation techniques. Chair yoga allows a stabilized, gentle practice that includes breath work, mental clarity and focus. This is an ideal exercise for ANY-BODY who may have trouble moving through the traditional up and down sequences of mat yoga.

This class runs as a 4 week series (month to month)

$60.00 for 1 class per week

$100.00 for 2 classes per week pre-registration/payment is required.

CLASS: PRENATAL YOGA (SUNDAYS) 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

This educational class is devoted to becoming aware of changes in a pregnant body and how to adapt to these changes in your body. We will cultivate awareness of body and breath to draw on as a resource prior, during and post labor. You can expect to explore a variety of hip opening and stretching postures while discovering ways to focus on soothing the common discomforts of pregnancy.

This class runs as a 8 week series for $200.00. Pre-registration/payment is required.


CLASS: SACRED SEEDS - KIDS YOGA - SATURDAYS 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM

TEACHER: SILKA QUINN

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

This fun, interactive, age appropriate class uses unique ways to engage children to learn basic yoga postures and visualization/meditation techniques. Through group activities and fun yoga games, these little gurus will learn calming breathing exercises and exciting playful movements. They will also be taught self respect, self love and the importance of showing kindness to others. We love to watch our Sacred Seeds Grow! (recommended for ages 4-12 yrs.)
